- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Package(10 oz) Marshmallows, about 40
- 6 Cups Rice Crispies(gluten free versions available)
- 1 Cup Bite Size, or regular Reece's Peanut Butter Cups, Chopped
- 3/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
Chop Peanut butter cups and set aside. Heat butter on low in a large saucepan/pot. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat, stir in Rice Crispies. Stir in chopped peanut butter cups. With a buttered spatula, press mixture into a 13x9 inch pan.
Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a small saucepan or in the microwave. Once melted, pour over the rice crispy treats. Let it cool then cut into squares. Try not to eat them all at once like I almost did :)
