- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 C Coconut milk(or your favorite alternative)
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup, honey or other sweetener
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- Nuts, seeds, coconut, dried fruit for optional toppings
Pour coconut milk into a bowl or mug. Add chia seeds, cocoa powder, vanilla and sweetener. Mix well and let chia see pudding thicken for at least 10 minutes. Stores great in the fridge for later!
