This seasoning blend is ridiculously easy to make and it tastes great on everything, just like bacon. I use it to season eggs, meat, fish, soup, vegetables, pasta sauce, anything! The best part is that once its made, all you have to do is reach into the cabinet and grab ONE jar. Sometimes I find myself digging though my dark, unorganized spice cabinet so that I can lay out 15 bottles of herbs and spices on my counter. Then I try and come up with the best ratio of salt to garlic to basil in hopes of finding the best combination to season my homemade sauce. Not anymore. When I have this magic bottle pre-made all I have to do is dump in the amount I feel is right and there ya go! Perfect tasting whatever you wish….

Celtic Sea Salt
- 1 Cup Fine Sea Salt (Celtic Sea Salt is best)
- 1 Cup Granulated Garlic
- 1 Cup Granulated Onion
- 1/2 Cup Black Pepper(Leave out if using for Autoimmune Protocol)
- 1/2 Cup Paprika (Leave out if using for Autoimmune Protocol or Nightshade allergy)
- 1/4 Cup Basil
- 1/4 Cup Parsley
- 1/4 Cup Dill
- 1/4 Cup Thyme
Take out a large bowl, measuring cups and all the herbs and spices. Add the salt, garlic, onion, pepper and paprika to the bowl. If you wish, add the basil, parsley, dill, and thyme to a blender or food processor to make the herbs smoother and more blend-able with the spices. This isn't necessary, but I have found that the larger herb leaves do not blend evenly with the other spices. Once the herbs and spices are mixed together, store in jars or in a large ziplock bag. Then season like crazy.
